RDI was formed in 2010, yet the roots of the company have a 17 years history working with the largest fast food chains in the world. We serve our client's system as a strategic supplier to all restaurants, deploying in over 119 countries and over 35,000 locations worldwide. We provide software development, testing, deployment and support services for POS (point-of-sale) and related software applications that focus on the overall crew and customer experience, resulting in improved operations in the restaurants. Our Development Centers are in São Paulo (Brazil), Budapest and Debrecen (Hungary), as well as support centers (Centers of Excellence) in Australia, Europe, Japan, and the U.S.

Atividades e Responsabilidades

Support the quality of deliveries and product maintenance:
- Design and maintain technical solutions
- Identify technical debts and opportunities for technical improvement
- Ensure that the defined technical solution is being followed
- Accept stories at DoR, and deploy stories at DoD
- Defines and designs microservice architectures
- Act as technical liaison across the squad, solving problems on a daily basis
- Increase knowledge of the new platform to assist in architectural decisions
- Enforce best practices in the software development lifecycle
- Creates development guidelines

Work on CI/CD/CT evolution and maintenance:
- Component build/git creation
- Product/Bundle creation/generation/maintenance
- Product level/Unit test errors
- Ensure merge quality between component branches
- Creates and evaluates tools to help the CD pipeline
- Maintains and improves the CI platform
- Integrate automated testing into CT

Requisitos

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, Engineering, Physics or other with logical and analytical background, or 6+ year’s work experience in technical role in lieu of no bachelor’s degree
- Experience in the design, coding and implementation of complex IT systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies - SCRUM
- Must have: Advanced English skills (verbal and written)
- Hands on development experience or full understanding of development pipeline and process
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
