We are looking for an outstanding Senior Developer/Tech Lead for ODDA DIGITAL SYSTEM® growing process.

ODDA DIGITAL SYSTEM® is an industrial digitalization company, developing high-end digitalization solutions for our clients in the Hardanger region, in Norway.

We have 7 employees spread out around the world and our main office is based in the beautiful city of Odda in Norway.

We are growing fast with our digitalization package, called VISUAL MANAGEMENT®, and we are in a need of a skilled person that will lead us technically through our growth process.

Atividades e Responsabilidades

- Technical leadership of the development/support teams
- Participate in idea development, product, service, and concept development to create good customer experiences and profitability over time.
- Development and implementation of customer-oriented features in our systems.
- Initiate and propose future-oriented solutions for customers and employees.
- Frontend and behavior-driven tests development.
- API development/specification, integrations, and co-development with 3rd party companies.
- Continuously follow technology and market trends globally in order to contribute to the company being updated on relevant technology and making good choices on architecture and solutions.

Requisitos

- Relevant Bachelor / Master degree in computer-related matters (Can be compensated by relevant experience)
- Relevant experience in software development (7+ years). Experience with different kinds of projects/programming languages is a plus.
- Experience with web/app development, both frontend, and backend.
- Expertise in technologies such as React, Javascript, Typescript, CSS, HTML, and Ruby.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, like Scrum.
- Desirable experience in cloud solutions, preferably Azure.
- Good English communication skills.
- Very skilled, committed, and creative developer
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Ability to act as a technical leader and lead the development sprints as part of a team.
- Good teamwork skills
- Positive with insight into or motivation to explore new technologies
