Provide technical support (development and maintenance) to Latin America clients;
• Serve as a single point of contact, governance, documenting of requirements and
proposing solutions for current and future projects.
• Support Project Managers, Business Analysts and commercial area in new business;
• Take care and maintaining a high level of service in accordance with the client's
contract;
• Participates in release management between Service Desk, Compliance and Project,
ensuring that code release doesn't negatively impact client operations;
• Identify new opportunities, document requirements and propose solutions;
• Conduct design & code reviews;
• Environment Deployment coordination with the team;
• Software Coding and Problem Solving.
Minimum of 4 years - Professional Experience in Coding, Designing, Developing
and Analyzing Data;
• Solid PL/SQL language or SQL language;
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: Information Technology or related field;
• Have a sense of ownership providing Technical Support end to end for: software
development code, design, analysis experience in the software industry;
• Intermediate level of knowledge in Unix and Windows Operating Systems;
• Requirements Gathering and basic Business Analysis knowledge;
• Good oral, written and spoken English;
• Client Facing skills (conduct meetings, presentations to clients, business writing);
• Flexibility to work on an “on call” basis.
