Odda Digital System is an industrial digitalization startup that develops high end
digitalization solutions to our customers in the Hardanger region (Norway).
We are looking for a remote developer who would like to help us to build first-class products for industries, the main work is to develop our backend, which is currently made using NodeJS and Ruby on Rails, however, the focus is NodeJS and start porting RoR APIs to NodeJS.
What we are seeing for this developer is someone that can contribute with good technical knowledge and also bring some fresh ideas and procedures to leverage our team level. Be aware that the quality of the software is critical, having readable code and good code coverage.
- Experience with Relational Databases (such SQL Server and Postgres) and MongoDB
- Javascript/Typescript (4+ yrs)
- NodeJS (3+ yrs)
- Automated Tests (Unit and Integration)
- Docker
- Experience building REST Apis.
- English B2 level (you'll interact with other developers)
- Be comfortable working with agile methodologies like Kanban/Scrum
