Atividades e Responsabilidades

As Full Stack Team Leader of our software developer team in Brazil, you will have the opportunity to take part in a great product that leverages cutting-edge technologies while working in an agile development lifecycle. Innovative thinking and the ability to ramp up on new technologies, patterns, and frameworks while also retaining focus on long-term objectives are critical to the success of the role. You will be expected to rise up to the challenge, emanate creativity, and perform at your very best, within a fun, professional and fast-paced atmosphere at Fieldcode.

Requisitos

- You have many years of practical experience in implementing business applications with Java/Spring and ReactJS
- You have experience and expertise in leading teams of developers, both from a technical and disciplinary perspective
- You excel as an engineer and be a productive member of the team where leadership is a behavioral trait, not a title
- You think and act entrepreneurial and understand how to motivate and monitor your team and make them perform at their best
- You proactively ensure a high standard of engineering by developing and maintaining team standards, documentation, tools, and best practices
- You work closely with our CTO and ensure a smooth communication and organization
- You are in constant exchange with other participants in the team: product manager, developers, testers, designers to reach the overall team goals
- You are able to communicate with your colleagues in English, eager to take on a responsible job and work in an outstanding team
- You have an eagerness to learn new things and to help others do the same
