Atividades e Responsabilidades

Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and drive technical strategy across multiple teams or systems, shaping architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Lead the design of complex technical solutions spanning multiple services and data pipelines, mentoring senior engineers and driving technical excellence.
Identify and resolve systemic optimization challenges, implementing scalable solutions that improve performance, reliability, and engineering efficiency.
Provide technical leadership in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot development, delivering large-scale cloud-based solutions.
Influence engineering practices and establish best practices across teams, ensuring high engineering standards and code quality.
Foster a test-first development culture, implementing robust test frameworks and comprehensive testing strategies.
Drive collaboration across multiple teams, building consensus on technical decisions and navigating trade-offs effectively.

Requisitos

Job Requirements:
12+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot architectures.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
trong background in distributed systems and data pipeline architectures, with proven experience designing and improving ETL processes.
Experience making high-impact technical decisions across multiple data processing systems and teams.
Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services, including BigQuery, and proficiency in designing and building PostgreSQL databases.
Experience with GraphQL architecture patterns and implementation, as well as front-end technologies like Angular.
Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation testing frameworks.
Knowledge of LLM-based solutions and experience in technical risk assessment and mitigation for data-intensive systems.
Strong mentoring skills, with a proven track record of guiding senior engineers and driving the adoption of engineering best practices.
