Our mission at MindCloud is to help businesses grow by simplifying connections across the web.

MindCloud is a software company that builds and maintains custom connections between customer software and other platforms by utilizing a cutting edge integration platform that allows them to eliminate manual data entry so they can automate and scale their business.

Atividades e Responsabilidades

MindCloud is a low-code integration platform (think n8n.io, make.com, zapier) that does full-service integrations for large B2B clients.

We are looking for bright, solution-oriented engineers to work on our platform by receiving projects with client integration requirements, and building these out using our interface.

This job is not full-time coding in an IDE. But it requires an engineer's mind and involves solving complex integration challenges including connecting to, authenticating and normalizing data from hundreds of APIs, and making them talk.

This is a high randomity environment that provides great experience working with large and varied data and learning all about APIs and data formats.

Requisitos

What we need:

- Enough Javascript experience to be able to express your ideas fluently. There is a lot of data mapping in code and you need to have good fundamentals.
- Experience authenticating with and connecting to various APIs.
- A strong knowledge of HTTP and other communication protocols.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good duplication. Ability to rapidly assimilate confusing patterns and turn it them into simplicity.
Interview structure:

Intro interview. This is a short screening interview to make sure you're likely a good fit for the company, and so we don't waste more of your time if you aren't.

Coding interview. We do a very straightforward live coding exercise. This is not a leetcode hard. We look for your approach to solving problems, how quickly you duplicate, and if you are able to make a complex idea simple.

Culture interview. You'll meet some others in the team. This is to determine if you are a good culture fit.
Let's save each other time:

We want full-time, dedicated employees or contractors. This is a fast-moving startup. We specialized in getting things done and we need initiative. We can't have you checked out or working multiple jobs at once.

Honesty is paramount in this company. Any hint of dishonesty will end the interview or subsequent employment.

Communication is one of our most important qualifications. If you aren't comfortable with your english, or have a bad Internet line, the interview will likely end there.
