MindCloud is a software company that builds and maintains custom connections between customer software and other platforms by utilizing a cutting edge integration platform that allows them to eliminate manual data entry so they can automate and scale their business.

Atividades e Responsabilidades

Be the technical leader of an integration team, working closely with the non-technical Project Manager to ensure all workflows are done switfly and well, from a technical standpoint.

Participate in client calls to help be the technical bridge between the client and your systems integrators.

Act as the final line QA for all completed workflows, and work with/correct the systems integrators when things were done wrong.

Assist sales engineering in the collection of requirements for workflows when these become complex.

Mentor and onboard all new systems integrators closely until they can competently build rock solid, production workflows.

Requisitos

You must be fluent in English as we have staff and customers that only speak English.

Seasoned experience as a software engineer, specifically in JS / Node environments. You need to have been around and know the ropes.

Excellent understand of APIs, protocols, authentication and networking basics.

Superb communication skills.

High energy and go-right personality.
