LinKIT LATAM is a business development consulting company with a Latin America focus. On behalf of our client, the leading Quality Assurance (QA) software company, which is expanding its activities in the region, we are hiring a System Architect in Brazil.

Responsibilities:
Alliances Architect or Partner Solutions Architect: responsible to technically support our sales partner managers when engaging with partners: sales motions and strategies, pre-sales enablement, demos, sales pitch, webinars, proof of values, calls and presentations – virtually or in person.
Support the Tricentis sales force - partner managers - in all technical and Tosca related matters, and manage the day-to-day technical sales process
Work closely with partners and customers to discover and understand their business’ automation pains, needs, and challenges
Develop, plan, and deliver Tricentis Products technical presentations and product demos to partners and clients
Develop business by coordinating strategic account meetings with partners, providing demos and technical and sales alignment
Provide support for partners and clients during pilots, incidents and research the best solutions
Enable partners on Tricentis products and sales positioning, with demos, workshops and technical training
Evangelize Tricentis test products, best practices, and implementation strategies
Document and socialize technical solutions proving business value
Build trusted relationships with partner and customer technical constituents, successfully winning the mindshare of key stakeholders and technical advisors
Assist with discovering and establishing pilot requirements, scope, and success criteria
Provide effective and detailed technical messaging to partner/customer/prospect, as well as to the Tricentis sales and global SA team
Provide industry thought leadership at technical conferences
Represent Tricentis with the utmost professionalism, passion, and enthusiasm
Competencies:
Strong QA Experience: Several years of experience with Test Automation - specially over core systems-, and experience with test management and/or performance testing is required.
Communication: The System Architect needs to effectively communicate the benefits and features to potential end-users and partners of the solution sold. He/She should be able to identify prospective requirements and then tailor presentations and/or demos to address those needs.
Understanding of IT Systems. System Architect should be familiar with how IT department are organized in a large corporation and be comfortable to have a conversation with CTOs, VP Apps, QA leads & DevOps directors on the architecture, benefits, and implementation hurdles of a new solution in a complex IT environment.
Relationship-building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for this position. The Territory Manager needs to be able to establish rapport, trust, and credibility with partners through virtual communication channels.
Problem-solving: The Territory Manager should be able to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges, address customer objections, and find solutions that meet the needs of both the opportunity and the company.
Self-motivation: Being a remote technical resource requires a high level of self-motivation and discipline, as you'll need to stay focused and productive without the structure of a traditional office environment.
Time management: The System Architect needs to be able to manage their time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
Productivity tools and Systems: Remote sales workers need to be comfortable using various digital tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, video conferencing platforms, and project management tools.
Requirements:
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field
3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales as a customer-facing Solution Architect, Systems Engineer, or Consultant
Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills in English, Portuguese and/or Spanish
Broad knowledge of software development, SDLC, and QA processes (Agile, DevOps, waterfall, automation, performance testing, etc.)
Practical knowledge of application, web, and databases technologies and experience with API’s, web services, and automation frameworks
Development knowledge of C# a plus
Experience with service virtualization a plus
Self-motivated, independent, and strong problem solver
Willingness to travel up to 70%
SAP knowledge
English: Strong writing and verbal business proficiency.
