We’re seeking a dynamic IT professional with strong full stack expertise. You will join our existing IT Team in São Paulo (Pinheiros) and use your skills to enhance our telecommunication tools.

Main Responsibilities
Expand and maintain our Softphone integration with major CRM applications (ex Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Maintain our provider data integration: rates importer, records importer, buying and returning numbers
Maintain our AI voice transcript using AWS Transcribe
Implement new voice AI Agent features

Requisitos

Required Skills & Experience
Fluency in English
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
Minimum 3 years of experience as full stack developer
Node JS / NestJS
Dotnet

Nice to have
React
Angular
Golang
Prisma
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong communication abilities
Must be a team player
