Atividades e Responsabilidades

The Developer will work with a dedicated international team on a high-scale monolithic ad tracking platform managing millions of monthly clicks and conversions. The job entails:
- Drive performance, reliability, and scalability improvements across core tracking and data processing modules.
- Improve concurrency and throughput in Java-based tracking systems using thread pools, asynchronous processing, and caching strategies.
- Lead migration efforts to modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot) and improved CI/CD pipelines for faster releases.
- Collaborate with DevOps to profile production systems, identify bottlenecks, and reduce cloud costs.
- Work with data scientists and product teams to align tracking data accuracy with business KPIs.

Requisitos

Required:
- 6+ Years of production coding experience in server-side Java (currently JDK 17).
- Hands-on experience in building RESTful Web Services
- Experience with Spring Boot and Docker.
- Experience using MySQL and DynamoDB
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (TDD, Mocking, Unit/Functional/Integration).
- Experience with maven and git.

Preferred:
- Experience with OpenRTB or building/adapting bidder solutions.
- Understanding of ad impression/click tracking, viewability, and attribution models.
- Efficient delivery of ad creatives and reducing latency in ad serving (CDN Caching).
- Experience with Kafka, SQS, or Kinesis to handle large-scale event streams
- AWS Athena
- AWS Beanstalk
- AWS Cloudwatch

Helpful:
- Experience with Redgate Flyway
- Tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6 for ensuring ad requests scale.
- Experience with Auth0
- Experience with Spark, Flink, or AWS Glue for analyzing ad performance data
- Experience with Redshift, Snowflake, or Looker for ad campaign reporting
- Experience with React
- Bitbucket pipelines
