Atividades e Responsabilidades

Dar suporte técnico ponta a ponta para clientes.

Conduzir onboarding e offboarding de usuários.

Corrigir bugs e melhorar nosso Dashboard (React/TypeScript) e API (Django/Python).

Suportar autenticação, acesso e integrações.

Diagnosticar sensores e consultar dados via OpenSearch.

Operações em AWS (Lambda, ECS, EC2).

Desenvolver novas features quando a demanda permitir.

Manter documentação técnica atualizada e garantir qualidade do código.

Requisitos

5+ anos com Django/Python, PostgreSQL e React/TypeScript.
Experiência com OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
Conhecimento em AWS (ECS, Lambda, EC2) + pipelines CI/CD.
Excelente capacidade de depuração (debugging).
Fluência em inglês - OBRIGATÓRIO
Disponibilidade para atuar em fusos US Pacific/Eastern.
Perfil proativo, independente e orientado ao cliente.
Experiência com dados de séries temporais, IoT, geoespacial (PostGIS) ou ML.
Conhecimento em infra como código, monitoramento e logging.
