This position is a sales position! You need to include in your resume information on your work in sales. You must also be a skilled developer, but I want to know about your sales experience also.

MindCloud is an iPaaS platform that helps teams connect systems, automate workflows, and ship integrations faster. We work directly with customers to understand their use cases and deliver solutions that are reliable, secure, and scalable.

The Role: Sales Engineer (Sales-first, technical, customer-facing)

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who is a sales person first and also a strong developer. You’ll join technical calls to show, tell, and verify what’s possible on MindCloud—then help drive the deal to close.

You’ll run customer demos, answer technical questions, translate requirements into a clear solution plan, and build confidence with technical stakeholders. If you love selling through product, can speak “developer,” and enjoy being a key player in closing new business, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

- Join discovery + technical calls to understand the customer’s systems, goals, and constraints
- Lead tailored demos of the MindCloud iPaaS (not generic feature tours)

Validate feasibility:
- confirm what can be built, outline tradeoffs, and define the right approach
- Build lightweight proofs of concept when needed (APIs, webhooks, sample workflows)
- Handle technical objections (security, data flow, reliability, scale, integrations)
- Partner with the Account Executive(s) to move deals forward and support closing
- Create crisp artifacts that help close: solution outlines, integration diagrams, implementation plans, ROI/value framing
- Coordinate a clean handoff post-close so what we sell is what gets delivered

Requisitos

What we’re looking for:

- You’re comfortable in a sales process and enjoy influencing outcomes
-You can demo software clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical buyers

You have strong technical fundamentals:
- APIs, JSON, webhooks, auth (OAuth/API keys)
- debugging/troubleshooting and explaining root cause simply
- ability to write code for prototypes (any modern language)

You’re organized:

- you capture requirements, next steps, and risks without dropping balls
- You have the presence to earn trust with engineers/IT while keeping business stakeholders aligned
