Salary Range: 3000 to 6000 USD/month

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior BI Analyst with deep Tableau expertise and a strong eye for visual design and usability. This role is focused on building high-quality, intuitive dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. You will work closely with the Engineering team, who own the data pipelines and modeling, while you focus on delivering best-in-class reporting and dashboard experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards end-to-end.
Translate business requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually effective dashboards.
Apply best practices in dashboard design, including layout, labeling, and usability.
Ensure dashboards include proper documentation (titles, descriptions, assumptions, caveats).
Leverage Tableau’s out-of-the-box functionality (parameters, hierarchies, groups, calculations, etc.) to build scalable solutions.
Partner closely with Engineering to request new fields, metrics, and improvements to the data model.
Identify and surface data quality issues through analysis and reporting
Optimize dashboard performance and usability.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field.
Advanced Tableau expertise, especially in dashboard design and performance.
Strong sense of visual design, usability, and “dashboard hygiene”.
Experience translating business needs into effective reporting solutions.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Engineering.
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
Comfortable working in a remote, autonomous environment.

Nice-to-Haves:
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
Experience working with SaaS or financial metrics.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
