Automation & Integration Engineer - (HR36818)
Location: Remote - (Global)
Salary Range: 1400 to 4200 USD/month
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (PST)

IT Automation and Efficiency Specialist:
The Automation & Integration Engineer role is for a curious, systems-minded engineer who sees inefficiency as a personal challenge. You will go beyond day-to-day IT support to reimagine how our workflows operate — automating the repetitive, integrating the disconnected, and using AI to make our teams faster and smarter.

What You'll Do:
Support the Team — Handle IT tickets and day-to-day support as needed.
Audit & Improve Workflows — Observe how work actually gets done across teams. Identify bottlenecks, manual steps, and redundancies. Then fix them.
Build Automations — Design and deploy automations that eliminate repetitive tasks, reduce human error, and free up people to do meaningful work.
Create Integrations — Connect the tools and platforms we use so data flows seamlessly between them — no more copy-pasting, no more silos.
Leverage AI — Explore and implement AI tools to enhance productivity, from intelligent alerting to natural language workflows and beyond.
Ask Better Questions — Before solving a problem, ask whether the problem should exist. Challenge assumptions. Propose smarter approaches.
Document & Scale — Build things that others can understand, maintain, and build on. Your solutions should outlast your involvement in them.
Collaborate Across Teams — Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to understand pain points and deliver tools that actually get used. As our business evolves, so will this role.

What We're Looking For:

Curiosity about AI tools and how to apply them practically.
Experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or operations.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or custom scripting).
Comfort with APIs and building integrations between platforms.
