Atividades e Responsabilidades

We are looking for a highly skilled Web Specialist who combines strong web expertise with modern digital design and marketing execution.

This is not a traditional graphic designer role.

We are looking for someone who functions more like a modern “web master” — someone confident working across:
Website management
Front-end development
UX/UI improvements
Landing pages
Technical SEO & AEO readiness
Tracking and analytics
Conversion optimization
Creative asset production
Digital marketing support

You will work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and product operations teams to improve customer experiences across our websites, landing pages, campaigns, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate understands both aesthetics and technical functionality — someone who can confidently improve complex web environments while also producing polished creative assets and user experiences.

In This Role, You Will

Web Development & Website Management
Build, update, and maintain website pages, landing pages, templates, and digital experiences
Work directly with HTML, CSS, WordPress, and front-end layouts
Troubleshoot styling, responsiveness, and front-end functionality issues
Support ongoing website modernization and UX improvements
Assist with backend-related website tasks and integrations
Improve page speed, usability, mobile responsiveness, and consistency
Improve landing pages, checkout flows, and conversion-focused experiences
Help modernize legacy pages, layouts, and campaign experiences
Support structured testing and optimization initiatives

Technical SEO & Analytics
Support technical SEO improvements including schema markup, structured content, site health improvements, etc
Use tools like Ahrefs and Semrush to identify opportunities and issues
Implement and maintain GA4, GTM, conversion and event tracking, and data layer support

Creative & Digital Marketing Support
Design and produce graphics of web pages, product visuals, social media, sales enablement assets, advertising, email marketing, etc
Create and edit short-form and long-form video content
Produce motion graphics, animations, and product walkthroughs
Help maintain strong visual consistency across global brands

Collaboration & Ownership
Work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, provisioning, and support teams
Document website updates, tracking changes, and technical implementations
Maintain a strong review and QA process before launch or publication
Bring proactive recommendations for UX, creative, SEO, and conversion improvements
Support ongoing global marketing and digital growth initiatives

Requisitos

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in web development, front-end web operations, UX/UI, digital marketing support
Strong HTML and CSS skills
Experience with WordPress and responsive web design
Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end troubleshooting
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Conversion tracking, Technical SEO
Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, and modern design tools
Experience with code version control (Git)
Experience creating digital marketing assets and web visuals
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Have
Motion graphics or animation experience
Video editing experience (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
Experience with GitHub or version control
Experience supporting SaaS or B2B technology brands
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and content tools
Experience with schema markup and AI-search optimization
Understanding of CRO or A/B testing methodologies
